We are a small hatchery located in Terryville, CT. We are a licensed poultry dealer, and pullorum and ai clean, NPIP tested every 3 months.

Picard Paradise was created in 2020 because Julia Picard attended Wamogo FFA High School, she needed something to do for her SAE. Rasing ducks and chickens wasn't new to her.  Throughout her years in highshcool she won best Poultry entrepreneurship in CT and All star FFA student. She graduated in 2023 and decided to run the hatchery as a small business. 

We specialize in raising many different duck breeds. Our duck breeds are many colors of call ducks, BBS Swedish, crested Swedish,  runner, buff, cayugas, rouens, and black east indies

We also breed Cornish bantam, large fowl silver laced Wyandotte, buff bantam brahma, bantam cochins, and frizzle EE

We are part of the APA and we always are breeding towards the SOP.

We sell ducklings at day old, straight run, and vent sexed females and males.
